Our level 2 certificate in understanding retail business is great for both individuals interested in retail operations, as well as employers looking for health training courses for their staff. This certificate in understanding retail operations aims to help develop your understanding of retail terminology, understanding the retail selling process and provide training in other retail operations, including effective customer service, teamwork and what to expect when working in the retail sector.

How will I be taught? How will learning be assessed?
You will receive face to face tuition but will be required to undertake home learning using text books and web-based programmes as directed by your teacher.
You will be given worksheets to complete in class; opportunities to engage in discussion; and ways to practise your skills when you are at home.

Yes. You will be assigned at least two hours of homework each week: homework may be computer-based or paper-based
