Description
This short course is designed to give you the knowledge and understanding of the principles of keeping food safe. The course introduces you to key issues in Food Safety: taking responsibility for your own food safety and hygiene, keeping work areas clean and keeping food safe.

How will I be taught? How will learning be assessed?
Your course will be delivered by a tutor in small groups either face-to-face in one of our learning centres or via Zoom. Your tutor will feed back to you throughout the workshop on your progress.

You will need pen and paper or notebook.
Zoom - You will need access to a computer or tablet and an internet connection for each session. You may want to use headphones with a microphone.
