Solve problems using more complex shapes and solids
Use an increasing range of mathematical language and notation
Use an extended range of functional keys on a calculator
Solve more complex geometric problems
Topics covered by GCSE mathematics syllabus include Handling Data, Measures, Shape, Space, Number and Algebra
How will I learn?
Whole class, small group and individual work within the class, supplemented with substantial individual study at home. There is also a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) which can be accessed via the internet for additional home study.
How will I know how well I am doing?
